Is the Partner Program a fit?
The program is designed for property managers and owners who consistently turn units throughout the year — typically portfolios of around 25+ units, or smaller portfolios with frequent vacate-to-rent cycles. If you turn the occasional unit, our one-time pricing is the better fit.

You only pay for turnovers you actually do.
The Annual Partner Program is designed for clients with recurring turnover needs.
Minimum commitment: 20 completed turnovers per calendar year.
- • At the beginning of your agreement, you receive Partner Pricing on every turnover.
- • Throughout the year, simply schedule work as units become available.
- • You are billed only for the work we complete.
- • There are no monthly minimums and no charges for turnovers that never occur.
- • Nothing happens to the turnovers that never occurred.
- • At the end of the agreement, we simply compare the number of completed turnovers to your commitment.
- • If fewer than 20 turnovers were completed, the completed jobs are recalculated using our standard pricing, and only the pricing difference is invoiced.
- • You are never charged for turnovers that didn't happen.
- • Partner commits to: 20 turnovers
- • Completed: 14 turnovers
- • Result: The 14 completed turnovers are recalculated at standard pricing. The customer pays only the difference between Partner Pricing and Standard Pricing for those 14 completed jobs. The remaining 6 turnovers simply expire with no additional charge.
