Full repaint is a flat price by unit type and size and covers flat wall repaint with standard prep in living areas, bedrooms, kitchen and hallways. Bathrooms, closets, pantries, laundry rooms, doors, trim, cabinets, ceilings, lanais, major drywall repair and specialty coatings are quoted separately.
